• Lawn Mowing: All turf areas will be mowed once per week so that no more than 1/3 of the leaf blades are removed.  All areas bordered by grass will be trimmed at each mowing and hard surfaces will be blown free of lawn debris.

 

• Fertilizing & Weed Control: All turf areas are to be fertilized using high quality dry granular fertilzers.  We generally ferilize 4 to 5 times per year starting with a pre-emergant crabgrass control in the spring.  Other applications consist of slow release granular fertilizers that feed your grass.  Broadleaf weed control by broad spraying or spot treating is included in each application. 

 

• Spring Cleanup & Dethatching: This includes a light dethatching of the turf, leaf collecting, blowing debris out of all landscaped areas, lawn mowing and trimming and disposal.

 

• Fall Cleanups: This includes blowing debris and leaves out of all landscaped areas, mowing and trimming of the turf and leaf collecting.  We generally perform this twice during the fall season and this includes disposal. 

 

• Aerations: We run core aerators over the turf to break up compacted soil to promote better moisture and air penentration.  This reduces thatch build up and will make your turf thicker and healthier. 

 

• Shrub & Tree Trimming: This is done throughout the season depending on the type of shrubs and trees and the time of year they can be pruned back and trimmed.   

   

• Mulch Installation: We can deliver and install hardwood mulches to enhance your landscape areas.  We offer many different colors and varieties.

 

• Irrigation Startup & Blowout: The startup includes turning on the water system and checking each head to ensure proper working condition.  We also set the watering schedule for that season.  Fall blowout includes blowing the water out of your system to prevent damages from freezing. 

  

• Snow Plowing: Services generally start at 1.5 inches and we make return visits every 4-6 inches to ensure access to the parking lots and driveways.
