Reliability!! Barring rain, my lawn was mowed on the same day every week. And when it came to snow plowing…their timeliness and thoroughness was unlike any other service we have used!
Respect. As the ‘woman of the house’ I have often felt patronized when I contacted other companies with questions. Nothing of the sort has ever occurred with Northern Roots.
Information. Every fertilizer application was accompanied with a detailed explanation of the product/chemicals used on the lawn and how to treat it."
