We can tailor our services to fit all your needs. Whether you have a residential home, commercial building, or are involved with a homeowners association we would love to work with you to make your property stand out.
Fertilizing and Weed Control: All turf areas are to be fertilized using high quality dry granular fertilizers. We generally fertilize 5 times per year starting with a pre-emergent crabgrass control in the spring. Other applications consist of slow release granular fertilizers that feed your grass. Broadleaf weed control by broad spraying or spot treating is included in each application. Special applications are also available to prevent or repair issues with your turf. We also offer a natural organic program.
Mosquito Control: We will provide mosquito control 6 times per season approximately 21 days apart. One time special event services are also provided. Contact us for more information about this program.
Lawn Mowing: All turf areas will be mowed once per week so that no more than 1/3 of the leaf blades are removed. All areas bordered by grass will be trimmed at each mowing and hard surfaces will be blown free of lawn debris.
Spring Cleanup and Dethatch: This includes a light dethatching of the turf, leaf collecting, blowing debris out of all landscaped areas, lawn mowing and trimming and disposal. Landscape bed maintenance can also be done at this time.
Fall Cleanup: This includes blowing debris and leaves out of all landscaped areas, mowing and trimming of the turf and leaf collecting. We generally perform this twice during the fall season and this includes disposal. Landscape bed maintenance can also be done at this time.
Aeration: We run core aerators over the turf to break up compacted soil to promote better moisture and air penetration. This reduces thatch build up and will make your turf thicker and healthier. Overseeding and lawn renovations can also be done to thicken up the turf’s appearance or for necessary repairs.
Mulch Installation: We can deliver and install hardwood mulches to enhance your landscape areas. We offer many different colors and varieties. Sample mulches can be provided so that you can choose the right mulch for your property.
Shrub and Tree Trimming: This is done throughout the season depending on the type of shrubs and trees and the time of year they can be pruned back and trimmed.
Irrigation Maintenance: The startup includes turning on the water system and checking each head to ensure proper working condition. We also set the watering schedule for that season. Fall blowout includes blowing the water out of your system to prevent damages from freezing. Scheduled maintenance can also be performed to ensure your system is working properly all season long.
Snow Removal: Services generally start at 1-1.5 inches and we make return visits every 4-6 inches to ensure access to the parking lots and driveways. Salting services can be performed as well. We offer many different programs and we tailor this service to fit your needs and budget.
