We're Hiring

Northern Roots Lawn Care has been around for 19 years. We are an experienced and expanding lawn care company and in need of help working 8-10 hour days at least 4-5 days per week, performing lawn mowing and landscape maintenance duties. Opportunity for advancement within the company for the right person. We will train the right individual but you need to have a great attitude and work ethic. Possible winter plowing work as well.

A good time to start with a honest experienced company. We RESPECT our employees and are constantly striving to improve in everything we do. Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a DOT physical. Pay DOQ but pay goes up for winter plowing and for experience with lawn maintenance. We also give BONUS INCENTIVES throughout the year and reward for hard work. Our shop is located in the Buffalo/Rockford area off of HW 55.

All of our employees are encouraged to sell/up-sell to potential and existing clients. Sales bonus’ are given for this. We respect all of our employees and are looking for the best to join us. Bonus pay throughout the season. Paid time off available. We treat our employees with respect and maintain a quality working environment.
